A walking tour video filmed in March last year by lifestyle bloggers Simran and Ishaan shows the lush gardens, villas, luxury shops and sea views which were once a feature of the area.
But ten months later, after the fire decimated the neighbourhood, a Reuters cameraman has retraced the steps of the walking tour, with footage which showing burnt out shells of buildings, mangled cars and streets covered in ashes and debris.
